Lucy Morris is a performer / workshop facilitator and co administrator for Machination Theatre Ensemble.
As a graduate of the Adv Diploma of Theatre Arts, Lucy is a trained performer, specialising in physical / ensemble theatre. She has been working as an actor for the last four years, predominately with MTE as a core Company Artist. Her time with the Company has seen her in a variety of roles including: , Evelyn, 'Kindertransport' - 2008, Carlotta, 'Brocade Sonata', Short and Sweet Festival - Top 30 - 2007, Ketu, 'One Hundred' - 2007, The Narrator, 'Destin' - 2007 and Melanie Media, 'Fallen Sky' - 2006.
Lucy's works outside of MTE also include: The role of Anita, 'Vincent River', think CONTEMP theatre - 2007 and Grandmother 2, 'Burn', TV Pilot - 2007. Highlights for Lucy include performing in the launch of the 2006 Cultural Festival for the Commonwealth Games at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) in conjunction with Interactive visual artist, Jemima Wyman.
Apart from working as an actor Lucy holds a position at ACMI, facilitating Film and TV workshops for the Screen Adventures Holiday Program.
